Download the Windows installer, open the .exe file, and follow the setup wizard. macOS and Linux builds are coming soon.
The packaged app checks for updates after startup and periodically while it is running. When an update is found, a subtle banner appears at the bottom of the workspace. Click it to install immediately or dismiss it and update later.
The current public release supports 64-bit Windows (x64). macOS and Linux builds are in progress.
Yes. The desktop app and browser experience use the same connected AlgoVistra account and workspace. The desktop version gives you a dedicated window, tray behavior, native notifications, and a more focused layout.
No. AlgoVistra Desktop securely loads the hosted workspace and requires an internet connection. Authentication remains protected by the same server-side account and session controls used by the web application.
